　　Nickel-based plunger tip are made of carbon steel as the base material,and welded with Ni,Cr,B,Si,Mo wear-resis-tant and wear-reducing alloy strengthen-ing layers.With Ni,Mo's excellent high temperature resistance,wear reduction,and its good self-lubricating properties,the friction and wear between metals can be doubled,and the damage to the shot sleeve can be reduced.The hardness of the layer is HRC45±3,and the shots life is about 10,000 times.
